United Scientific is a transportation machining parts manufacturing company based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Since the 1940s, we have provided high quality and precision machining services. QUALITY, PRECISION & ACCURACY
Our transportation machining capabilities include high-speed grinding and turning of customized, built-to-order parts made from assorted materials and steel alloys.
Our facility is equipped with CNC routers and machining centers, which we use in the manufacturing process to cut and shape various components ranging from metals, honeycomb composite sandwich panels, plastics, and other materials. Our multiple parts and tools have used to create landing assemblies, airframe assemblies, car parts, and boating precision machined parts.
Additionally, our CNC Machining shops are fully-equipped with:
- High-speed horizontal machining centers
- Plasma cutter, precision layout and measuring instruments
- TIG & MIG welders with digitizing capability
- Aluminum casting foundry, heat treating furnace, coating and plating equipment
- Vertical turning center w/ milling capabilities
- Horizontal turning centers w/“live” mill tools
